Introduction

Ingredients

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Spray Pot for non-stick
    4 lbs. Ground Beef - Brown in pot
    1 tbsp crushed garlic - add
    2 tbsp garlic powder - add
    2 tbsp onion powder - add
    2 tbsp ground cummin - add
    2 target shaped squirts of Braggs Liquid Aminos - add
    1 Sprinkle of Cayanne pepper over top of meat
    Add other mexican spices if desired
    1 whole spanish onion - Chopped
    1 whole green pepper - Chopped
    1 whole red pepper - Chopped
    1 whole yellow pepper - Chopped
    1 whole pablano pepper - Chopped
    - Add Veggies
    Stir, smell the aroma, add additional spices if desired
    1, 6 oz. can of Contadina tomato paste - add
    2, 28 oz. cans of Dei Fertelli, Whole tomatoes packed in Puree - No Salt Added - crush with hands as you add to the pot
    1, 28 oz. can of Dei Fertelli, Tomato Puree - add to pot
    Stir
    Let simmer as long as possible - 2 - 5 hours - stirring frequently.
    Taste - Add more spices if desired

Tips

add another can of crushed tomatoes in puree with No Salt Added if your pot is big enough.
easily switch to slow cooker also... after meat has been browned.
Go lean with ground beef and local, grassfed, if possible.
Add additional spices if desired
