79 gms Wonton Noodle
8 Pork & Ginger Mini Wontons
100 gms Choy Sum
Sauce for noodle
1/8 tsp Crab Sauce
1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Canola Oil
Tips
Can substitute Choy Sum with Baby Bok Choy
Directions
Soak Choy Sum with a sprinkle of salt for 15 mins and rinse. On a plate, mix sauce for noodle and set it aside. Boil water in a stock pot. Loosen up 1 serving of wonton noodle and set it aside. Also, prepare cold water to dip noodle in.
Bring water to a boil, put in the frozen mini wontons. When mini wontons float, they are cooked. Remove it from stock pot. Put the Choy Sum in the boiling water for a minute or two and when they are done remove it from stock pot. Use a noodle sieve to cook noodle for about a minute or two. Then remove from stock pot and dip the noodle in cold water, and return it back to the boiling water for a couple seconds. When noodles is cooked, mix it with Choy Sum and mini wontons in the sauce set aside earlier.
