    12 Mrs T's 4-Cheese Frozen Pierogies
    1-8 oz can tomato sauce
    1-15 oz can diced Italian-style tomatoes
    1/3 green bell pepper, chopped
    14-18 slices turkey pepperoni
    1-3 slices provolone cheese


Can add more cheese if you want a thicker layer of it, but for healthful purposes I use it sparingly.


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
2. Layer pierogies, sauce, tomatoes, pepper, pepperoni, and then cheese.
3. Bake 35-45 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is slightly browned.
