Ingredients

    3/4 C Brown Sugar, packed
    1/2 C butter/or margarine
    3 bananas, mashed
    2 eggs
    1tsp vanilla
    1 C flour
    1 C whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 C mini chocolate chips (or whole)


Tips

You can add an additional banana, add 1/2 C of wheat germ in place of 1/4 cup flour. I like to use milk choco chips occasionally, yum! I always double and freeze some.


Directions

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs in blender. Add bananas, and vanilla. Add chocolate chips and pulse if regular size or chunk. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl and add wet. I usually use muffin liners, but you can grease & flour. Bake at 350 degrees. Mini muffins bake for abt 12 minutes.
