Introduction

Ingredients

    6 ounces penne pasta
    1/2 pounds Swiss Chard
    1/4 teas. dried red pepper flakes
    1 small onion
    1 teas. butter
    2 Table. heavy cream
    1/4 teas. grated nutmeg
    1 Table. grated parmesan

Directions

Chop chard into 1/4" wide pieces, saute onion in butter about 5 minutes in 12" skillet, add chard and cook 15 min. or so. Meanwhile cook pasta, drain and add to chard w/ pepper, cream & nutmeg. Cook stirring one minute. remove from heat and stir in add parm, S&P.
