    2 LBS PORK TENDERLOIN (FROZEN OR THAWED)
    1 CAN CRUSHED PINNAPPLE
    1/2 CUP DRIED CRANBERRIES
    1 PKG LIPTON ONION SOUP MIX

Tips

My husband is a very picky eater. He is a meat & potato man, and I thought he would reject the fruit idea, but he loves this! He will even eat the leftovers cold!


Directions

Spread onion soup mix over the pork in the crock pot and add all other ingredients on top of pork. Slow cooker 8 hrs. EASY!!
