Introduction

Ingredients

    2 fresh beets (I was actually able to find some honey & ginger marinated beets at Whole Foods which I used. Delicious!)
    1/4C Bolthouse Farm 100% Carrot Juice
    7 fresh strawberries with the tops removed
    3 large cherry tomatoes (maybe 4 if they're smaller)
    Juice of 1/2 of a lime
    1 medium kiwi fruit with the skin removed

Tips

Try adding ice for a colder smoothie with a little "daiquiri" texture.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in the blender, and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large smoothie
