This soup has great flavor, is quick and easy to make, and is high in protein and fiber. Eat with toast or Add Barley, quinoa, or rice to make it a complete meal. Ingredients

2- Spicy Italian Sausage Links
2- Sweet Italian Sausage Links
1- Large Head Cabbage
1/2c- Purple Onion
1/2c- Onion
3/4c- Sun Dried Tomarto
1/2c- Minced Garlic
1- tso pepper
6c- Low Sodium Oraganic 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth (check the sodium content, and cut the with water if necessary.)
Tips

*Be sure your chicken broth has 70g of sodium per cup, or cut it with water.
Directions
Cook Turkey Sausage for about 5 min- when turkey sarage appears cooked on the outside, cut into bite size circles, and continue to cook for 3-5min.
While Turkey sausage is cooking, chop all vegies.
In large soup pot sautee onion, tomato and garic for about 5min, then add cabbage.
Add Turkey sausage and stir well. Cover with Chicken Broth bring to boil, then let simmer for 5-10min. Top with Addditional water if necessary.
