Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1/4 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
    3/4 cup Eggbeaters
    1 1/2 cups skim milk
    1 cup ham, extra lean
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2%
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Tips

Substitute whatever veggies you have on hand. For really firm veggies like fresh broccoli and carrots, partly saute first with some cooking spray.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease a 9-inch baking dish with a cooking spray.

Mix the eggs, Bisquick and milk in a medium mixing bowl until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the vegetables, ham and cheese and mix well.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the crustless quiche is set.
