Ingredients

    4 lb. Roast
    1 jar (8 oz) Pace Picante Sauce
    1 cup (8 oz) Swanson Beef Stock
    1 packet HEB Dry Italian Dressing Mix
    1 packet Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
    1 packet McCormack's Dry Au Jus Sauce Mix
    12 slices Kraft 2% milk Swiss Cheese
    1 dozen large Dinner Rolls

Directions

Mix Picante Sauce, beef stock & three envelopes of dry mixes in box and whisk. Put pot roast in slow cooker, and pour liquid over meat. Cook 8-10 hours on low.

Slice dinner rolls in half and put slice of cheese on one side. Toast in oven or toaster oven on 350 for 2-3 minues (just until cheese melts). Add forkfuls of meat and enjoy.

Serving Size: makes 12 Sliders
