Introduction

I threw this smoothie together when I realized I was out of bananas and couldn't make most of my favorite smoothies. Delicious and refreshing, great for breakfast of a cold treat on a hot day! Ingredients

    1/2 c frozen blueberries
    1/2 c frozen strawberries
    1 c coconut water
    1/2 c plain organic yogurt
    2Tbsp real maple syrup

Directions

Add ingredients into blender (liquid first helps it blend better) and whirl until it reaches desired consistency.

Serving Size: makes about two 8 ounce servings
