Hearty Moose Chili Hearty Moose Chili

Ingredients

    1lb Ground Moose Meat
    1 Onion, Chopped
    1 Jalapeno, Chopped
    3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
    3 T Worchestershire Sauce
    1 Can of Chili Beans
    1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
    1T Chili Powder
    1T Cumin
    1T Paprika
    Beef Bullion
    Salt and Pepper to Taste
    3 Cups of Water

Tips

Garnish as you wish! You could also use ground beef, buffalo, turkey, chicken, or other game meat.


Directions

Brown moose meat in a heavy bottom stock pot. Add onion and jalapeno, cook 5-8 mins. Add garlic and spices, cook until fragrant (about 1 minute.) Deglaze the pan with worchestershire sauce. Add tomatoes, beans, water, and bullion. Bring up to a bubble, then simmer for and hour and a half to two hours stirring occasionally. Most of the liqiud will have cooked out.
