Introduction

Ingredients

    Imitaion crab
    1/4 c mayo
    2 T olive oil
    1 large egg
    1/2 c bread crumbs
    1 onion chopped
    1/2 sweet pepper (green, red, orange or yellow) chopped
    1T hot sauce
    2t lemon or lime juice

Directions

Combine ingredients and form into patties. Coat frying pan with olive oil and heat. Cook patties in heated oil on medium for 6-10 minutes per side.

Serving Size: makes 5 complete servings
