Ingredients

    Pepperidge Farm Swirl Bread, Raisin Cinnamon
    Butter, salted, 1/2 stick
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Egg Yolk, 1 large
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cups
    Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tbsp
    Fat free half and half, 1/2 cup
    1 tbsp butter to grease bottom of ducth oven

Tips

375 F can be accomplished by placing Dutch oven on 5 coal bricks and adding 6 more to the top.


Directions

Grease the bottom and sides of the Dutch oven (1 tbsp butter). Tear bread into small pieces (4 per slice). Melt butter and pour over bread while mixing so each piece has butter). Add the buttered bread to the greased Dutch oven. Next, mix together all other ingredients and pour over the buttered bread in Dutch oven. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
