Ingredients

    1 tbsp garam masala
    1 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne
    1 tbsp Butter
    2 cloves Garlic
    1 cup Onions, chopped
    2 cups tomato Sauce
    1 14 oz can Diced Tomatoes
    1 tbsp Tomato Paste
    3 cups meat from whole rotisserie chicken, skin & bones removed, meat shredded
    1 cup peas, frozen
    5 tbsp Carnation 2% Partly skimmed Evaporated MIlk

Tips

Serve with rice.


Directions

Stir spices together. Melt butter and cook onion until tender. add garlic, tomato paste and spices. cook 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients except peas and milk. Simmer 10 minutes, add peas and milk and simmer until heated through.
