Ingredients

    -Veggie Shreds Mozzarella Flavor
    -Veggie Shreds Cheddar Flavor
    -Barilla Whole Grain Medium Shells
    -Silk Plain Light Soymilk
    -Crisco Vegetable Oil

Tips

The oil helps the cheese melt. When you reheat it, spray with cooking spray or olive oil.


Directions

Boil pasta to the box instructions. Drain pasta and leave in colander. Using the same pot, turn the heat to low and add the oil and soymilk into the pot then add the pasta and cheese. Put the top back on the pot so the cheese can melt. After 5 minutes take the lid off and stir quickly until it's thick and creamy.

Serving Size: Makes 2 cups of mac and cheese
