    500g Turkey breast, cut into bit size pieces
    500g Sauerkraut
    2 small onions, finely chopped
    400ml chicken broth
    1 tbsp oil
    1 tbsp Paprika
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    1 tbsp Tomato paste
    2 tbsp Sour Creme


Serve with boiled potatoes or just bread, or simply serve with a green salad.


Brown the turkey pieces in the oil, add the onions and fry for a few minutes. Then add the chicken broth. Add the Sauerkraut, and flavour with salt, pepper and the Paprika (when you put the paprika in, take the pot off the heat for a moment just to take it off the boil). Add the cumin seeds. With the lid on, cook for about 30 minutes on low heat. Take off the heat, and add the sour cream.
