Find it hard to get you vegies in ? Try drinking them. a few years ago i received a high powered blender as a gift, along with it came recipies for a variety of smoothies. Ingredients

Fresh raw Kale a and full or a cup
1/2 Cucumber peeled
2 Medium carrots or 10 baby carrots
3 Stalks of celery
1-2 cups mixed salad greens
2 Apple (Red of Gala)
8-16 oz of Water (filtered or bottled)
Tips
Add water slowly to acheive desired consistency.
Directions
Wash vegetables, and peel cucumber. Do not peel carrots (wash with vegetable brush), Chop vegetables and apples into large pieces and put in blender, add cold water and blend on high speed 3-5 minutes or until smooth.Pour and enjoy! The smoothie can be refrigerated for 24 hours.
