Ingredients

    3 cups Roasted Almonds
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Put almonds in a food processor and grind until they begin to form a ball.

Break up the ball, add the salt, and continue to grind until the oil separates from the nuts and it creates a paste.

Serving Size: Approximately 16 2T Servings

    I didn't roast the almonds, but it turned out great anyway. I like that there is no added oil. AND it's a lot cheaper than buying it! - 4/27/15
