Introduction

Nothing special, just something I put together last minute. Quick and easy! Nothing special, just something I put together last minute. Quick and easy!

Ingredients

    Two tablespoons extra virgin olive oil for frying
    One pound boneless beef strips
    Two tablespoons soy sauce
    One can (15.25 oz) of corn
    One can of sweet peas (15 oz)

    Pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning to taste (zero calories so I didn't calculate it into the recipe)

Directions

Heat up a pan or wok with the olive oil and cook the beef, stirring every so often until the beef is rare. Between stirs, add the seasoning sauce and the rest of the spices. Once the beef is rare, add the corn and the peas, stir a few more times, then cover until the beef is completely cooked. Serve with jasmine rice, brown rice, or eat it by itself!
