Ingredients

    Pureed Tomatoes, 1.5 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 411 grams
    Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    chopped green chilies 2 tbsp or 30g, 2 tbsp
    Sandwich Thins Multi Grain 1 Sandwich thin, 1 serving

Directions

1)place tomato puree and red beans in a blender and puree until mixture is blended, then set aside

2)in a large sautee pan or pot, brown the beef

3)add onions and cook for 2 minutes
add garlic and peppers and cook for 2 minutes
add chili powder, salt and pepper--cook for 1 minute

4)add puree mixture and green chilies
stir and cook for 10 minutes

divide mixture among 4 sandwich thins

Serving Size: 4 complete sandwich thins
