Ingredients

    - ¼ cup of ground flax
    - 1 tsp of baking powder
    - 2 tsp of cinnamon
    - 1 tsp of coconut oil
    - 1 egg
    - 1 packet of Stevia
    - 2 Tblsp of protein poweder [if wanting to raise protein value
    - splash of water if consistenty too dry.








    Place the ingredients into a mug and put it in the microwave for 50 seconds. Allow to cool and then enjoy!

Directions

in a coffee mug, mix dry ingredients; add oil and egg. splash of water if too dry. Can also add a couple TBlsps of protein powder for extra protein.
