    1 LB Tofu Extra firm
    1/2 LB Mushrooms, small chopped
    3 large eggs
    1/2 C Bread Crumbs (Progresso)
    1/4 onions, minced
    1/2 tsp Garlic Pwdr.
    Pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp Nutmeg (optional)

Tips

Don't overcook, simmer in hot sauce for 10min if using any, finish cooking it there instead of the oven.


Directions

Bake in a 350 oven for 10 mins, Turn over continue to cook 10 more minutes.
Cooking time varies by size of meatball.
