Introduction

Quick & Easy; Mild; with Beans: The recipe is for 1 person but I make enough for 6 - 7 servings. Ingredients

    For full recipe of approx 6 - 7 servings the ingredients are:
    Canola Oil - 2 Tlbs
    Vidalia or Sweet Onion - for full recipe (6 or 7 srvgs) 1/2 onion, chopped
    Garlic clove
    Celery Stalk, chopped
    Ground Beef (lean) or ground turkey; 1/2 lb
    Seasoning packet - mild - whole pkt
    Tomatos - Stewed - 1 can
    Tomato Soup - Healthy Request - 1 can
    Pinto or Red Beans - 1 can
    Bush's Mild Chili Beans - 1 can
    Molasses - 1 Tbl


Tips

You can vary to taste by changing type of beans, stronger chili beans, stronger seasoning mix, adding your own additional choices of seasonings. The nutritional value will come out about the same.


Directions

Brown onion, then add celery in oil.
Add 1 whole garlic clove
Add ground beef or turkey
Brown
Add seasoning mix & mix well.
Add tomatos, beans, beans, soup and stir
Add molasses
Stir occasionaly while heating.
