Ingredients

    2 tsp Canola Oil
    2 oz Ground Turkey
    1 La Tortilla Factory 100 calorie 98% fat free tortilla
    1/2 C. Egg Beaters Egg Whites
    1 oz Sargento Colby Jack Reduced fat cheese
    a pinch of crushed chili pepper flakes
    a dash of ground cumin
    a dash of granulated garlic
    a dash of chili powder


Tips

Add Salsa and or green chilies if desired


Directions

1) Bring oil to heat on a 9" non-stick skillet
2) Add Ground Turkey and break up into crumbles
3) Add Spices and cook turkey thoroughly.
4) Add egg Beaters and cook
5) Warm 1 Tortilla in Microwave for 15 seconds
6) Place content of skillet on burrito and add cheese
7) Fold burrito and serve
