Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 of a large organic Red Onion, chopped
    4 or 5 organic Garlic Cloves, chopped
    1 lb. of extra lean Ground Beef (grass-fed), cooked
    2 organic Baked Potatoes/with skin, pre-cooked and then chopped
    1 12 oz. can of organic Yellow Sweet Corn
    1 16 FL Oz. of Savory Beef Gravy, "Organic Imagine Foods"
    1/2 cup of organic Parmesan Cheese, grated (optional)
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips

Instead of corn you can sub with peas or any veggie you would like. You also can add noodles but, its just as hearty as is. Serve with a nice salad or steamed veggies. With a piece of french bread and your good to go! Plus, one serving is under 250 calories.


Directions

Microwave 2 Russet Potatoes (washed) in micro wave for 5 minutes or just a little bit underdone. Cut into bit-size pieces and put aside. Chop onion and garlic and cook in pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add 1 lb. of extra lean ground beef and brown. Then add cooked potatoes, corn, and gravy. Also add salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for a few minutes and then add Parmesan Cheese. Cook for another few mins until hot. Serve!
