Ingredients

    Brown tofu on all sides in the oil (recipe calls for peanut oil we only had sesame)
    once browned toss in onions,bell pepper and chile pepper and garlic cook until tender about 5 minutes

    in a small bowl whisk together water, vinager, soy sauce, brown sugar cornstarch and pepper flakes
    pour over other ingrediants toss to coat simmer 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly
