Introduction

I was really in the mood for a waldorf salad but didn't have any grilled chicken to use so I substituted tuna....my husband wrinkled his nose at the thought of tuna and cranberries together, but it's delicious! Can be served over a green salad or on a sandwich (I used a 100 calorie whole wheat flat bread) I was really in the mood for a waldorf salad but didn't have any grilled chicken to use so I substituted tuna....my husband wrinkled his nose at the thought of tuna and cranberries together, but it's delicious!
