Ingredients

1 mediumEgg,
1 granary bap,
1 1tsp Olive Oil,
Black Pepper to taste
Tips
I like mine cooked till it's golden brown on each side and the egg is fully set. It makes good hand food.
I usually cook the piece from the hole at the same time to avoid waste but you could always turn it into bread crumbs.
Directions
Line a frying pan with a non stick liner.
Brush a teaspoon of olive oil over it if necessary.
Used a medium biscuit cutter to make a hole in the centre of the bap.
Put the pan over a low heat.
Put the bap into the pan and break the egg into the hole.
Cook for a minute or two and turn over.
Keep turning until the egg is cooker to your satisfaction.
Add black pepper or other condiments as desired.
