Ingredients

    -Small (good quality/non fatty) thin Pork Chops (1/2 inch thick)
    -I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Spray
    -Fresh ground pepper
    - Bread crumbs

Directions

Wash each porkchop with water after removing them packaging. Coat each chop (both sides) with butter spray and ground some fresh pepper on top of each piece. Sprinkle some bread crumbs in a baggie and place porck chop in bag. Shake until pork chop is coated.
Place pork chops on a baking pan (greased or tin foiled)
Bake at 350 degrees* for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.

*Oven temp. and baking time based on 1/2 inch thick pork chops
