Ingredients

    Raw Power Superfood Mix is available at www.nafctrainer.com to purchase or at MEFit Sports Centers in Oregon.

    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Coconut Oil, 4 tbsp
    Water, tap 1 cup
    Honey, 0.50 cup
    Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
    Ground ChiaSeeds, 2 tbsp
    Cereal, Nature's Path Puffed Rice, 2 cup
    Rice Chex Cereal 6 Cups
    Super Raw Food Mix, 16 serving - 4 cups
    Oats - Whole 2 Cups

Tips

Get Creative, my kids love this mix and like to add different nuts and fruits to it.


Directions

Mix all dry Ingrediants in big bowl, in small bowl mix honey, coconut oil and water (may need to microwave a little to melt oil) slowly mix into dry ingrediants and bake on cookie sheet for 60 minutes mixing every 20 minutes.
