    6 ounces Beef sirloin steak cut into bite sized pieces
    6 strips green bell peper
    1/2 small onion cut into strips
    1 Tablespoon canola oil


Rinse meat and pat dry on paper towel before cutting up into bite size pieces.
Brown meat less time for rarer meat.


Heat canola oil in skillet. Add meat. Brown for about 5 minutes and then add peppers and onions. Cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring to turn vegetables and meat. This will make the meat medium well to well.
