Ingredients

    100 g Chobani Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
    65 g Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    45 g Rhubarb, Frozen, Uncooked, unsweetened
    2 oz Red Jacket Orchards Juice, Fuji Apple
    2 oz Water, tap, 2 fl oz
    1/2 Banana, medium, fresh/frozen
    15 g Soy-Spirulina Protein Powder
    0.5 c Spinach, fresh (1-2 handfulls)

Tips

Note - I use the Magic Bullet Blender and I generally add the first 4 ingredients, blend, add the remaining ingredients and blend. just due to the size of the blending container, which is super convenient for taking my smoothies to enjoy at work.


Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
