Introduction

Very light and yummy smoothie! Very light and yummy smoothie!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Grapefruit (I used red) juice and sections
    1 medium banana (for thicker smoothie you can use frozen banana)
    1 small green apple

Directions

Wash and cut your fruits. Put everything in a blender (cut up banana, cut up apple, sections and juice of grapefruit). Blend everything in a blender until smooth.



Serving Size: Makes 1 - 16 oz drink
