Ingredients

    1 C Minute Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice
    1 C Water
    1 tsp Better Than Bullion Lobster or Clam Base
    13 (41-60 P & D Shrimp)
    1 C Green Giant Broccoli Florets
    2 tsp Canola Oil
    1 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
    1 pinch Ground Red Pepper
    2 Pinch Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic
    1 tsp Ground Ginger
    2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
    2 Tbsp Kikkomans lite Soy Sauce


Tips

Add snow peas, onions, red/green peppers ect. to taste


Directions

1) Prepare Rice according to package instructions adding 1 tsp Lobster or clam base to water.
2) Bring medium non-stick skillet to high temp and add canola oil
3) Add Shrimp, Scallops and Broccoli and stir fry adding spices, sesame oil, oyster sauce and 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce.
4) When all is done place rice on plate and top with stir fry.
5) Season with remaining soy sauce.
