Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Ground beef
    1 Package Brown Gravey
    1 Can Green Peas
    1 Can Whole Corn
    5 medium Potatoes
    2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper
    2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Cup Skim Milk
    3 tbsp Butter

Directions

Peel and dice potatoes, place in pot with water, 1tbsp butter and salt to taste and bring to boil. In a separate skillet Brown ground beef with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Once meat is browned remove and drain. Place drained beef in a 9X13 pan. Drain canned peas and corn and add to meat mixture. Follow instructions on brown gravy mix and add to meat mixture. Mix meat and other items till blended, spread meat mixture evenly across the bottom of the pan. Once Potatoes and cooked, mash them with a blender till smooth add skim milk and 2 tbsp butter and salt and pepper to taste. Once mash is smooth spread on top of meat mixture. Sprinkle sheered cheese on top and bake in over on 350 for 30 minute or till cheese is melted and just turning brown.
