Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 lb. lean ground beef browned
    2 cup mixed vegetables
    1 cup beef gravy
    2 cup mashed potatoes
    1 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Tips

Can use beef broth and thickening agent such as corn starch or maze in place of beef gravy.


Directions

Brown & drain ground beef
Add mixed vegetables and beef gravy heat to simmer
pour in 8" baking dish sprayed with pam
layer mashed potatoes on top bake for 30 -35 min @ 350
about 5 min. before removing from oven sprinkle shredded cheese over top of mashed potatoes and allow to melt into potatoes.
