Ingredients

    6 large eggs
    Ham, diced
    Mozarella cheese, shredded
    Half & Half

Tips

you can make these in mini cupcake tins for brunches or as a casserole, if you do that I suggest adding about 1/4 c. flour so it raises & a little fluffier.


Directions

Mix ingredients and pour into individual large cupcake or mini-loaf tin with 8 openings. Bake at 375* F for about 20 minutes, until cooked through.
