Ingredients

    2 cups dried beans
    1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
    1 T goose fat
    1 T minced garlic
    1 large onion
    3/4 bell pepper
    4 cups chopped tomato
1 1/2 cups green tomato salsa (I used homemade)
    3 jalapenos
    1 small butternut squash
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    3 T chili powder

Tips

If you don't have homemade salsa, be sure to check the labels to make sure yours does not contain "natural flavoring." This is a form of MSG.

Directions

Soak beans overnight, then cook until done. Chop all vegetables and saute in goose fat or other organic fat - butter or flavorless coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil.
Add beans, chicken and spices. Correct seasoning and add water as necessary. Stir often as it can burn.
