Ingredients

    peanut butter
    quick oats
    honey
    cranberries(dried)
    cinnimon
    wheat germ
    eggs
    ground flax seeds
    shredded mini wheat cereal
    salted cashews

Directions

blend craisins in food processor until they begin to clump together.

add cereal, oats, wheat germ, cinnimon, cashews, and flax seed to mixer and bland until everything is a uniform texture.

in a bowl: beat eggs, honey, and peanut butter together.

combine both mixtures into a mixing bowl.

pour into a baking pan or sheet( i used a 9x9 baking sheet) that has been speayed with cooking spray

press mixture down into baking sheet

bake at 350 for 15-18 min or until edges of pan begin to brown

Serving Size: makes 8 1x2 inch pieces
