Introduction

Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Neufchatel Cheese, 2 oz
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 0.25 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.33 cup, chopped
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 10oz

    Add salt and pepper to taste. If desired add sauteed mushrooms and/or peas.

Directions

Cook spaghetti to al dente. Brown ground turkey. Add onion and garlic. Once onions have softened add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Add al dente spaghetti to sauce and simmer together for 3 minutes.
Ready to serve!
