Ingredients

-1 Boboli Thin Whole Wheat crust
-4 Laughing Cow Light Queso Fresco & Chipotle Wedges
-8 oz 96% lean ground beef ( I seasoned mine w/ a few dashs of McCormick Hamburger Seasoning, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder
-1 pkg Fresh Mushrooms
-3/4 cup Sargento Reduced Fat Shredded Colby Jack
- Ketchup
- Mustard
Tips
I just drizzled the ketchup and mustard before serving and included a pickle! So good!
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400.
2. Brown ground beef, mushrooms and any desired seasonings in a skillet.
3. Spread Laughing Cow wedges evenly across the top surface of the pizza crust, leaving at least a ˝ inch edge around the outside. Sprinkle the ground beef and mushrooms evenly over crust and then top with shredded cheese.
4. Place pizza on a foil covered baking sheet, a pizza stone or straight onto the oven rack (depending on how you like your crust) and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 (2) piece servings
