Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey - I use Jennie O as I like a courser ground turkey. Lean or extra lean.
    1 minced garlic
    1 Med chopped onion
    1 cup whole oats - Can replace with bread crumbs.
    2 eggs
    1 tbs dijon mustard
    1 tbs olive oil
    1 tbs cranberry sauce
    1 tbs honey
    Salt and pepper

    Glaze
    3 tbs cranberry sauce
    1 tbs olive oil
    1 tbs dijon mustard
    glaze top of loaf bake for 5 mins

Tips

Adding stove top stuffing or stuffing bread crumbs would be really good in this too!


Directions

Combine all ingredients and bake 350 for about 50 minutes. Glaze with Cranberry glaze when the loaf is golden brown on top an bake another 5 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings
