Ingredients

    white or brown rice 3 cups
    coriander seed 1 tbs
    oregano seed 1 tsp
    Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
    Black Pepper 1 dash
    Garlic 1 clove
    Mango 1 cup Diced
    Serrano 2oz
    Whole Annatto Seed .25 tsp
    Olive oil 1 tbs


Directions

Blend all ingredients in pepper mill (dry)
Toast rice in olive oil then add garlic and stir until you can smell the garlic
Add water and bring to boil then cover and reduce to simmer and fluff at end and enjoy

Serving Size: makes 6 1/2 cup servings
