Introduction

Make this with any fruit you like - I mixed my moms old recipe of cornflakes, brown sugar and condensed milk with a recipe i saw with oats, brown sugar and butter.. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 apple
    1 pear
    1 cup froz blackberries
    (any fruit combo you like will work)
    1 1/2 cups oats (I used a mixture of instant and old fashioned - you could use either)
    2 T Packed brown sugar
    4 T Sweetened condensed milk

    Chop the apple and pear, mix in a casserole dish with the blackberries
    Mix the oats, sugar and condensed milk (mix with a fork and then your hands to really mix it well
    Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit
    Bake 350F for aprox 30 minutes.


Tips

Great with plain greek yogurt, or lowfat icecream etc for desert - or with a little milk for breakfast.


Directions

Bake 350 for 30+ minutes
(I like to cook this with a main meal, then let it cool for a while)
