2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
4 tbs butter, cut into pats
8 oz gruyere, cheddar, or other sharp cheese, diced or shredded
1 tsp dill, chives, or onion
3/4 c greek yogurt
1/4 c buttermilk
2 egg whites
Directions
METHOD:
Combine flour through salt in bowl.
Toss with butter, cheese and dill
Mix yogurt, buttermilk and egg whites in separate bowl
Gently mix into flour mixture.
Gently pat into 12 biscuits.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes
