Ingredients

    Beans, pinto, 454 grams (1 pound dried)
    Water, tap, 7 cup + 2 tbsp
    Bay Leaf, 1 whole
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, diced
    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 3/4 lb
    Garlic, 1 clove
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 3/4 cup
    Yellow Mustard, 1/3 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup, packed
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

Soak beans according to package directions most will have a quick soad or overnight soak directions.
Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on High for one hour then cook on low for 7-8 hours. Serve.
