Introduction

You can add just about any kind of seasoning to this to make it personal. I just something different to dip my veggies in. You can add just about any kind of seasoning to this to make it personal. I just something different to dip my veggies in.

Ingredients

    6 oz Greek Yogurt
    6oz Light Mayo w/ Olive Oil
    Half small can of Water Chesnuts (diced)
    Half cup of Parsley
    Half cup of chives or green onions (chopped)
    Season with garlic, sea salt, pepper to taste.

    I also like to chop up the floret part of broccoli & spinach too for this.

Directions

Chop everything and then blend in food processor
