Great salad for crunch and substance. Great salad for crunch and substance.
Number of Servings: 6

Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia)
    Alfalfa sprouts, 1 cup
Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted (with salt), 60 grams
Ramen Noodles, Oriental flavor, 1 serving
*green onion (spring onion), 0.20 cup

Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 4 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1.5 1tsp

Shred the cabbage, chop the spring onions, and throw throw in the sprouts & peanuts. Crumble the ramen noodles in the packet, and add just before you're about to serve.

You can drizzle the sesame oil over the salad, and add the soy sauce just before you're about to eat. This salad can be very salty if you overdo the soy sauce..

Serving Size: about 6 servings, but you'd be forgiven for pigging on this salad!

Number of Servings: 6
