Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia)
    Alfalfa sprouts, 1 cup
    Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted (with salt), 60 grams
    Ramen Noodles, Oriental flavor, 1 serving
    *green onion (spring onion), 0.20 cup

    Dressing:
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 4 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1.5 1tsp

Directions

Shred the cabbage, chop the spring onions, and throw throw in the sprouts & peanuts. Crumble the ramen noodles in the packet, and add just before you're about to serve.

You can drizzle the sesame oil over the salad, and add the soy sauce just before you're about to eat. This salad can be very salty if you overdo the soy sauce..

Serving Size: about 6 servings, but you'd be forgiven for pigging on this salad!
