Ingredients

1/2 c oats
1/2 c oat flour oat flour (grind yours in the blender)
1/2 c chia seeds (soak 10 -15 min in 1 cup water
1 cup water (mentioned in line before)
add your choice of ingredients
apples cut into tiny pieces
apricots cut in tiny pieces
dried cranberries cut in tiny pieces (really fun flavor)
banana chips (I ground mine in blender and added to flour)
**This is not a sweet treat -- this is mild, very nice.

Directions
spray oil on flat pan. Form dough into small squares/bars.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top when done.
